SSC Result 2016 Education Board Bangladesh. SSC Result 2016 Bangladesh All Education Board will publish 11 May 2016. The Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Dhakil and equivalent examinations 2016 under the Vocational Board started on Monday (February 1). More girls than boys are taking the school-leaving SSCexams in Bangladesh this year.

A total of 13,04,274 students will appear in the exams. Of them, 6, 42, 507students are male and 6,61,767 female. There are 19,000 more girls than boys taking these exams, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has said, reports BSS.

At least 172,257 more students are going to attend the examinations than the previous year. Students of 28, 119 institutions will sit for the exams in 3,143 centres, said Nahid adding 404 students will take the exams from eighth centres abroad.

For the first time 7 autistic students are participating the examinations. Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid made this assertion at a press conference at his secretariat office in city regarding the upcoming examinations. Students with disability would get 20 extra minutes to complete exams with the help of their scribes and Special children (autistic and down syndrome) will have extra 30 minutes as well as will be allowed to be accompanied with parents, teacher or helper, said Nahid.

The theoretical part of the examinations will end on March 8 and the practical part will start on March 9, will continue till 14 March 2016. Nahid also brushed away allegations of teachers being instructed to give higher scores in an effort to improve the rate of success in SSC Result 2016.

When SSC Exam Result 2016 will publish?

Last SSC Result 2014 published on May 17, 2014 & SSC Result 2015 published on May 30, 2015. So this year SSC result 2016 will be publish on 11 May is the fifth month of the year.

SSC Result 2016 will be announced within 60 days of the exams, he said. And also added “The BTRC will take immediate measures if questions are leaked in Facebook.” He further said that Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) authorities have also been asked to work stopping any sort of rumor over question paper leak through any social media especially Facebook.

How to check SSC Result 2016 by SMS mobile?

Get your SSC Result 2016 through you mobile phone by sms, 1st you have to go to message option and type SSC/Alim <> First three letters of your Board name <> Roll no <>2016 and send to 16222.

Bangladesh Education Board Code Name

DHA = Dhaka Board | BAR = Barisal Board | SYL = Sylhet Board | COM = Comilla Board | CHI= Chittagong Board | RAJ = Rajshahi Board | JES = Jessore Board | DIN = Dinajpur Board | MAD = Madrasah Board.

A total of 6,826 students out of 1,651,523 were absent on the first day of SSC and its equivalent examinations. On the day, the examinations on Bangla first paper (compulsory), Sahaj Bangla first paper and Bangla Language and Culture of Bangladesh were held. The examinations of Quran Majid and Tazbid were held in Dakhil under Madrasa Board, Bangla-2 (1921, Creative) and Bangla-2 (8121, creative) in SSC Vocational and Bangla-2 (1721, Creative) in Dakhil Vocational were held.

A total of 847 students in Dhaka Board, 421 in Rajshahi Board, 510 in Comilla Board, 423 in Jessore Board, 279 in Chittagong Board, 252 in Sylhet Board, 250 in Barisal Board and 306 in Dinajpur Board were absent. As many as 2,597 students were under Madrasa Board and 981 under Technical Board were absent on the day. Both Jessore and Madrasa boards expelled a student each while five students were expelled from Technical Board.

The Board of Secondary Education in Barisal, (BISE) is an autonomous organization mainly responsible for holding S.S.C Exam Result and for providing recognition to the newly established non-government educational institutions. Barisal Education Board started its operation in 1999. It organized of three important public examinations-J.S.C. (Junior School Certificate) S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate) and H.S.C. (Higher Secondary Certificate) Examinations of Barisal division, Bangladesh.

SSC Result 2016 Chittagong Education Board

The Board of Secondary Education, Chittagong an autonomous organization, mainly responsible for holding S.S.C Exam Result & HSC exam result and for providing recognition to the newly established non-government educational institutions.

Chittagong Education Board started its operation in the year 1995. Considering the growing exact for both qualitative and quantitative education in Bangladesh, the BISE is trying to develop it as a center of excellence in the field of educational administration.

Vocational Education Board also name as Bangladesh Technical Education Board. “The East Pakistan Technical Education Board”, which is now Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). ভাগ্যগণনা ও জ্যোতিষ বিদ্যা

আমাদের দেশে মানুষ ভবিষ্যত ভালো মন্দ জানার জন্য ভাগ্য গণনা করতে জোতিষবিদ ও গণকের কাছে গমন করে। অথচ অদৃশ্য বস্তু ও ভবিষ্যত বিষয় জানা একমাত্র আল্লাহ সুবাহানাহু তা’আলার জন্যই নির্ধারিত, আল্লাহ বলেন: আপনি বলুন, একমাত্র আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আসমান ও যমীনের কেউ অদৃশ্যের সংবাদ জানেন না। [1]

অন্য কেউ এ বিষয়ে জানার দাবী করা, বা জানার চেষ্টা করা,মুলত: আল্লাহর সংরক্ষিত অধিকারকে খর্ব করার শামিল, যা মুলত: শির্কেরই অংশবিশেষ।আমাদের দেশে জ্যোতিষ বিদ্যা, রাশি নির্ণয়, ভাগ্য গণনা, পাখীর মাধ্যমে ভাগ্য পরীক্ষার
নামে যে সকল কাজ কর্মের ছড়াছড়ি পরিলক্ষিত হয়, তা ভবিষ্যত জানারই অপচেষ্টা মাত্র। এটি মুলত:শির্ক।

বড়  বড় সাইন বোর্ড টাঙিয়ে ভাগ্য গণনা ও রাশি নির্ণয়ের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান খোলা হয়েছে। পত্রিকায় ঘটা করে রাশি নির্ধারণপূর্বক
ভবিষ্যতবাণী করা হয়। কোথাও ভাগ্য নির্ধারণের জন্য যন্ত্রও বসানো হয়েছে। শহরের রাস্তাঘাটে পাখি দিয়েও ভাগ্য নির্ধারণের মিথ্যা অপচেষ্টা চলে। এ বিষয়ে রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর বাণী অত্যন্ত পরিস্কার, তিনি বলেন: যে ব্যক্তি কোনো গণকের কাছে আসে এবং তাকে কোনো বিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসা করে, ৪০ দিন পর্যন্ত তার কোনো সালাত কবুল হয় না। [2]

যে ব্যক্তি জ্যোতিষীর কাছে আসলো এবং সে যা বলল তা সত্য মনে করলো, সে মূলত:
মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর উপর যা অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে তা অবিশ্বাস করলো।’’ [3]
এর অর্থ হচ্ছে সে কাফির। আর তা এ
জন্য যে, মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু
আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লামের
প্রতি নাযিল হয়েছে যে, গায়ব
কেবলমাত্র আল্লাহ ই জানেন।
কুরআন মাজীদে ইরশাদ হয়েছে:
বল, আমি বলছি না যে, আমার
কাছে আল্লাহর ভাণ্ডারসমূহ
রয়েছে, আমি গায়েবও জানি না।
আমি তোমাদের এ কথাও
বলছি না যে , আমি একজন
ফেরেশতা। আমি অনুসরণ করি শুধু
তাই যা আমার
কাছে ওহী হয়ে আসে।[4]

প্রভাবে এই এই কল্যাণ বা অকল্যাণ
হতে পারে, নির্ধারিত মৌসুমের
প্রভাবে বৃষ্টি বা ঝড় হতে পারে

রয়েছে তা পূর্বোল্লেখিত

গোসলে হালকা গরম পানির উপকারিতা

শীতকালে অনেকেই গরম পানিতে গোসল পছন্দ করি, আরাম বোধ করি। গোসলের পানি গরম হলে শরীর তো পরিস্কার হয়ই, উপরন্তু কিছু বাড়তি সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়। গোসলের জন্য গরম পানি যদি শরীরের স্বাভাবিক তাপমাত্রার কাছাকাছি পর্যায়ের গরম হয়, অর্থাৎ ৮৫ থেকে ৯২ ফারেনহাইট- এরূপ গরম পানি দিয়ে ২ থেকে ১৫ মিনিট গোসল করা উচিত।

গোসলে হালকা গরম পানির উপকারিতা

শরীরের পেশির স্টিফনেস (Stiffness) দূর হয়। পেশির নমনীয়তা বাড়ে। লাঘব হয় পেশির ব্যথা (Muscle Pain)। নিয়মিত এরূপ গরম পানিতে গোসল করলে বাতের ব্যথা উপশম হয়। অস্থি সন্ধির ব্যথা কমে। কমে প্রদাহ।পিঠের ও হাঁটুর ব্যথা ভালো হয়। অনেকের মাথার ব্যথাও কমে যায়।গরম পানির প্রভাবে ত্বকের রক্তনালী প্রসারিত হয়। ফলে ত্বকে রক্ত সরবরাহ বাড়ে, ত্বক পুষ্টি পায় ভালো। ত্বকের আণুবীক্ষণিক ছিদ্রগুলো খোলে যায়। ফলে ভেতরকার ময়লা বের হয়ে যেতে পারে। ত্বক পরিস্কার হয়। ত্বকের আর্দ্রতা বাড়ে। ত্বক থাকে বেশ কোমল।গরম পানির ভাপে নাকের কনজেশন বা নাক বন্ধ হয়ে থাকার ভাব কমে যায়। কমে যায় শ্বাসনালী বন্ধ হয়ে থাকার ভাবও। নাকের ছিদ্র খোলে যায়, শ্বাসনালী প্রসারিত হয়। গরম পানির গোসলে তাই সাইনোসাইটিসে উপকার পাওয়া যায়। উপকার পাওয়া যায় শ্বাসকষ্টেও। 

 

গরম পানি দিয়ে গোসল করলে ত্বকের রক্তনালী প্রসারিত হয়। ফলে ত্বকে রক্ত সরবরাহ বেড়ে যায়। আর এই বাড়তি রক্ত আসে শরীরের ভেতরকার অংশ থেকেই। শরীরের ভেতরকার অঙ্গের রক্ত সরবরাহ সাময়িকভাবে কমে যায়। অন্যান্য অঙ্গের ন্যায় মহিস্তষ্কের রক্ত সরবরাহও কমে যায় সাময়িকভাবে। মস্তিষ্কের ভার সামান্য লাঘব হয় বিছু সময়ের জন্য। তাই ঘুমের ১৫ মিনিট আগে গরম পানিতে গোসল করলে একটু ভালো ঘুম হয়।

 

এর মানে এই নয় যে শুধু গরম পানিতেই গোসল করতে হবে। গরম পানিতে গোসল কার্ডিওভাস্কুলার সিস্টেমে নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে। যাদের হাইপারটেনশনসহ হৃদপিণ্ডজনিত সমস্যা রয়েছে, তাদের জন্য গরম পানিতে গোসল ভালো নয়। গরম পানি চুলের জন্য ক্ষতিকর। চুল দুর্বল হয়ে ভেঙ্গে যায়।

পাচনতন্ত্রে সমস্যা হলে ডায়রিয়া, গ্যাস্ট্রিক, মাথাব্যথা, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, এনার্জির মাত্রা কমে যাওয়া ইত্যাদি নানা সমস্যা হতে পারে। ফল সুস্থ থাকতে গেলে হজমশক্তি বাড়াতে উপায় আমাদের জানতে হবে। দেখে নেয়া যাক কি কি অভ্যাস হজমশক্তি বাড়ানোর সহায়ক হতে পারে-

 

* ডায়েটে ফাইবার যুক্ত খাবার রাখলে পাচনপ্রক্রিয়া অনেকটাই স্বাভাবিক থাকবে। এজন্য নানা ধরনের ফাইবারযুক্ত ফল, সবজি ও শস্য ডায়েটে রাখতে হবে।

 

* শরীরে কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা হচ্ছে সেটি আগে থেকেই বোঝা হয়। যদি খাবার সময়ে বেশি খেতে ইচ্ছে না করে তাহলে জোর করে খাবেন না। যদি শরীর ক্ষুধার্ত থাকে, তাহলে এমনিতেই আপনার বেশি খিদে পাবে।

 

* পেট ভরে খেলেই যে শরীর ভালো থাকবে সেটি ঠিক নয়। বরং পেট কিছুটা খালি রেখে খেলেই শরীরের ও পাচনতন্ত্রের জন্য ভালো।

 

 

* ফ্যাটযুক্ত খাবার বেশি খেলে পাচন প্রক্রিয়ায়  সমস্যা হয়। তবে আবার একেবারেই ফ্যাটি খাবার না খেলেও সমস্যা। পরিমিত ফ্যাট শরীরের জন্য উপকারী।

 

* টক দই খাবার হজমশক্তিকে বাড়িয়ে দেয়।

 

* খাবার সময় যারা সঠিক সময়ে খান ও নিয়মিত একই সময় অনুসরণ করেন তাদের পাচন প্রক্রিয়া অন্যদের চেয়ে ভালো থাকে। ফলে ব্যস্ত থাকলেও সঠিক সময়ে খাওয়ার চেষ্টা করুন।

 

* হজমের ক্ষেত্রে পানির গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রয়েছে। হজমশক্তি ঠিক রাখতে অনেক বেশি পানি পান করুন।

 

* অনেকেই কফি, সিগারেট এমনকি অ্যালকোহলকে সবসময়ের নেশা বানিয়ে ফেলেন। নেশা ছাতে পারলে শরীর ও পাচনতন্ত্র ঠিক থাকবে।

 

* কর্মহীন জীবনযাপন কখনই শরীরকে সুস্থ রাখতে পারে না। কর্মঠ জীবনযাপন করুন ও সুস্থ থাকুন।

পানি : মুখে দুর্গন্ধ হলেই আগে পানি খান। দেখবেন দুর্গন্ধ উধাও হয়ে যাবে। খাওয়ার পর খুব ভাল করে মুখ ধুয়ে নিন। অল্প অল্প পানি নিয়ে মুখে কুলি করে ফেলে দেবেন। এরপর একগ্লাস পানি খান। দেখবেন মুখের দুর্গন্ধ চলে যাবে পুরোপুরি।

আপেল :  আপেল খেলেও মুখের দুর্গন্ধ চলে যায়। আমরা যখন আপেল খাই, তখন মুখের মধ্যে প্রচুর লালা উৎপন্ন হয়। তাতে ব্যাকটেরিয়া লালার সঙ্গে পরিষ্কার হয়ে যায়। তাতে মুখের মধ্যে তৈরি হওয়া গন্ধ দূর হয়ে যায়।

এলাচ :  এই উপায়টা হয়তো অনেকেরই জানা। এলাচ মুখের দুর্গন্ধ দূর করতে দারুণ সহায়ক। যদি আপনার মুখের দুর্গন্ধ হওয়ার প্রবণতা থাকে, তাহলে ব্যাগে বা পকেটে কয়েকটি এলাচ রাখতে পারেন। মুখের দুর্গন্ধ হয়েছে বলে মনে হলেই এলাচ দানা মুখে পুরে দিন। দেখবেন মুখের দুর্গন্ধ চলে যাবে।

লেবু :   ভিটামিন সি মুখের দুর্গন্ধ সৃষ্টিকারী ব্যাকটেরিয়াকে ধবংস করে দেয়। আর লেবু বা কমলালেবুতে রয়েছে প্রচুর পরিমানে ভিটামিন সি। তাই মুখে দুর্গন্ধ অনুভূত হলেই লেবু বা কমলালেবু খেতে পারেন।

গ্রিন টি:  এমনিতেই গ্রিন-টি স্বাস্থ্যে পক্ষে অত্যন্ত উপকারী। এতে প্রচুর পরিমানে ফ্ল্যাবনয়েড থাকে। এই ফ্ল্যাবনয়েড আসলে মুখের মধ্যেকার ব্যাকটেরিয়াকে বিনাস করে। তাই চটজলদি মুখের দুর্গন্ধ দূর হয়ে যায়।

চুইংগাম :  নানান ফ্লেভারের চুইংগাম এখন দোকানে পাওয়া যায়। তবে চিনিমুক্ত চুইংগামই মুখের দুর্গন্ধ আটকাতে পারে। চুইংগাম চিবিয়ে নিলে মুখের মধ্যে লালা নিঃসৃত হয়। তাতে মুকের মধ্যেকার উৎপন্ন ব্যাকটেরিয়া পরিষ্কার হয়ে যায়।
